Discover your higher self
and explore the ways you may be holding yourself back
“To live from our higher self we first need to remove the mask of the idealized self”
Most of us have a version of ourselves which we present to the world. This ‘mask’ self is an idealized image which represents how we wish to be seen. The problem is when we disown the parts of ourselves which do not live up to this false ideal. If we ignore these less ‘flattering’ parts, they simply fester and undermine our integrity and serenity.

The Higher Self
The higher self is our core or essence which is fundamentally made of love. In order to live from this place we must let go of our idealized mask and embrace our full self.
-
The Lower Self
The lower self is the part of us that we don’t like to look at. Except it isn’t simply hatred or jealousy but our investment in holding on to these feelings which defines the lower self.

The Mask
The mask is the face we put on for the world. It is an idealized self image which we think will bring us love and acceptance. It denies the lower self by casting blame and judgment.
